アートナビサッポロ 利用規約 Art Navi Sapporo: Terms of Use
「アートナビサッポロ」（以下、本サービス）は、本サービスのご利用にあたり、本利用規約の承認及び遵守をして頂きます。
▼本サービスの著作権は、(株)参栄（以下、当社）にすべて帰属するものとし、本サービスの内容を無断で転記、複写、転送することを禁止します。
▼本サービスに使用する装置類、お客様の使用する端末の状態、ネットワーク通信の状況等により、情報を正確に表示できない、あるいは情報提供を一部中断することがあります。
▼本サービスの利用料は無料です。ただし、プロバイダや携帯端末の通信業者などに支払う通信費は、別途必要となります。
▼本サービスの内容は、予告なしに変更、追加、中止等をさせていただくことがありますので、ご了承ください。
▼当社は、予告なしに、本規約を改訂、追加、変更及び廃止することができます。
▼法律上許容される限りにおいて、いかなる場合も、当社等がお客様に対し、本サービスから生じ、またはこれと関連のある行為による身体の負傷、財産の損害、逸失利益、代替の商品、あるいはサービスの費用、データの損失、信用の喪失、業務の停止、利用機器の故障、不具合、その他いかなる直接的、間接的、特別、偶発的、結果的、懲罰的な損害について責任を負うことはありません。
▼お客様は、当社に対するいかなる権利または権限も第三者に移転、譲渡することができません。
▼お客様と当社の間で本利用規約に関連して訴訟の必要が生じた場合、訴額に応じ、札幌簡易裁判所または札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

▼This service sometimes may not work properly depending on the state of the terminal equipment you are using or telecommunication network. The bus transit information provided by this services may not necessarily reflect the actual state because it is incessantly changing.
▼Use of this service is basically free of charge. However you have to pay for the use of the Internet or your terminal equipment on your own.

▼You understand and agree that SANEI Co., Ltd and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This services shall include, but not be limited to damages for physical damage, loss of assets or profits, equipment replacement, costs to use the service, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information, business cessation, your equipment troubles or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service or access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not this service has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages.

▼You expressly understand and agree that the Sapporo Summary Court or Sapporo District Court shall be the court of jurisdiction depending on the jurisdictional amount for the first trial beetween you and SANEI Co., Ltd. to resolve any legal matter arising from this regulations or related to your use of this service.
